| Math Analysis, Trigonometry, and the Calculus courses are all upper level mathematics courses. These courses are intended for the college bound student. It is important to prepare these students for college by teaching mathematical concepts, thinking skills, and responsibility. I emphasize analytical thinking and responsibility. I assign homework almost every night. Students are responsible for this homework. Though I rarely collect homework, I do quiz on these problems on a daily basis. Grades are taken on tests, quizzes, projects, and occasional homework assignments. Grades are determined by taking a students total points and dividing by the total possible points. |
